I must say Reisha exceeded my expectations. She instinctually understood exactly what I wanted. When I emailed a question very late at night, not expecting to hear from her until the next day, she would reply in minutes. Reisha was always punctual, upbeat, friendly and a joy to talk to. She is very honest which I fully appreciated. Reisha knows the real estate business inside and out. Her personality is such that when I went to view a house, I felt like I was going to see a friend, making house hunting even more enjoyable. She went out of her way to help me with anything. Our house was priced a little higher than what the others in the neighborhood sold for. Reisha felt that was ok. With her guidance, we prepared the house for the market. We had a home designer and stager work with us. And then professional photographers took 3D pictures and videos. We were nervous because the COVID-19 was going on, but Reisha gracefully worked through every detail with us and our house received multiple offers and sold in a few days over our asking price.
